Last week my truck dumped all the coolant because the smaller AC line is rubbing against the CBI bumper mount. I figure I'm not the only one with CBI bumper and AC so I'm wondering what others have done to avoid this issue.
    Cheers

Depending on the situation u might be able to tweak the line / add a softener to the area

I was thinking about bending the new line a little or adding a longer section of rubber hose.

I'd do both. Those AC lined can be tweaked fairly easily. Just dont kink em

When u pull the condenser, put a heavy bevel with a grinder.

What did you end up doing?

my AC went out 3 weeks ago, took it to the Toyota dealership and they "checked" for leaks, didn't find any, and filled it back up. (103$)

4 days ago my AC went out again. Only 17 days after being recharged so I took it back today to have them check again for a leak. They found the leak said it's the condenser line being rubbed by my @CBI Offroad Fab T3 bumper.
I haven't had time to look at it myself since I picked it up but it seems strange it would take just short of 3 years for the bumper to rub through the line.
got a quote at 355$ to have the line replaced by Toyota, just for the labor since the whole bumper and grill needs to come off.

I ended up pulling the bumper off and took the grinder to that edge. I checked with CBI first to make sure I wasn’t going to mess with the integrity. When I installed the new line I added a length of rubber hose and gave the line a slight bend. I had it filled over the winter and used the AC on the way home today and it works as expected.
Side note- I did break the first line I installed. I got a little to aggressive with the bend.

I also have a T3 CBI bumper. Truck lasted about 1-1 1/2yrs before the AC line busted. Didn’t bother contacting CBI but I felt I wasn’t going to get anywhere with it. I ended up just notching the corner and replaced AC line
