This is a sample from my first kegged beer. My Märzen that I fermented under pressure. This thing hit over 78F while under fermentation and after sitting around covered in a hoodie for a month I can say that there are zero off flavors and I believe it will be a good beer. It’s even already carbed, it just needs to be chilled and it should be good to go.

I also drank this while kegging. Easily the best Saison I’ve had, hands down.

I rarely bottle, so nothing special, usually just use a growler filler. After sanitizing the bottle and cap, I will purge the bottle with CO2 and set the cap on top until ready to fill. I also turn the pressure down to a few PSI and vent the keg to keep the flow slow so foam stays under control. That's really about it.

I have a growler filler but it's never seemed to help me out much, and I feel like the growler fills I've done got a weird off flavor in the past, so I never used it again.

I do the same, but without the purge, which seems to be about right for any of my process's vs @Beer:30

Looks like I’ve got some trial and error coming my way. I’m mainly just concerned about sharing my kegged beers, not really bottling to save or anything.
