Mod Suggestions

Also not here to debate... but every mod you make is a compromise of some sort. Some compromises are bigger than others. A lift, while not a dramatic compromise, is certainly a gain in some categories and a loss in others. Undeniably, a lift will equal more maintenance... not to mention, something suited to offroad use is less suited to on road. It's a very subjective subject, but like everything in life, there is nothing that is one size fits all or an ace of all trades. OP should read up as much as possible and pick what's best for his needs, while fully understanding how it will impact all aspects of his truck.

Bishop, CA huh? Every time I travel through there on the 395, we always stop at that bakery. Shatts I believe it’s called if memory serves me right. Nice town. Used to live in Reno but now in Roseville. Anyway, take it easy.

 

I agree with you 100 percent. Nice reply post. Yes compromises are made but some do have it easier than others on maintenance depending on how cheap or cutting corners they did when first modifying it.
