I've contacted Windham, and sent them the pics, we'll see if anything good comes of this.

I have one. I added the Adapt rear pocket and cummerbund as well as an adapt 5.56 placard. I recently switched over to a Mayflower APC. Garand Thumb has a good video on the Slickster if you're looking for ideas.

I have a Mayflower vest with Hesco 4401s so I can't comment on that exact brand but I mostly keep it minimalist. A TQ is the only thing I'd leave on the vest I only took mine off because I was playing with it and from my understanding when you start winding it you should replace them. North American Rescue is a good place for med gear.

Instead of buying fancy placards I just throw my esstac chest rig over my vest. That way I can change out what I'm wearing easily. Maybe not the right way of doing things but its what I've been doing lately.

 The extremely rare dick mod. Lol but seriously I was drunk playing with my wife's nail polish..... thats a pile of some of my gear. The camo mag pouch and chest rig are black Friday deals from esstac. The coyote mag pouches are cheapo usgi.

I hear you with the placards. One reason I switched to the Mayflower was to use a 5.56 kangaroo insert to keep the front as slick as possible. After messing around a little more with my AK/PSL/C308 I decided I wanted something that was a little more universal, so I dug out my Haley DC3R Heavy chest rig that can attach straight to the swift clips or into a Haley Flatpack. That gives me the options to run the Flatpack as a backpack over the APC to carry hydration and other ancillary items, or drop the PC and go chest rig only.

With the Heavy I can run 4 mags of either AR, AK, or 308. On my belt I have a G-Code Scorpion mag pouch which can hold the same mags. When I get home from the trip I'm on I need to see if the Scorpion and Heavy will hold my PSL mags. If they do it will be a true universal platform.

I run an older Haley (DC3RX) with a Flatpack. Love having more storage for varmint calls, clothing, and also have my Hydropack in there. Nice having one thing to throw on and have everything I need. Thought about swapping out to the standard backstrap to make it more minimalist.. but the extra storage is just so convenient.

I use a usgi fanny pack when I'm out hunting. I like it fits all the gear I need.
Is that a SADF chest rig?!?!

Ill have to look into the placards it would prob be useful but I really only use my AR with my vest. I try to keep my shit simple.
My friend has this from his brother. His brother was a ranger so it explains the setup. That being said that shit is heavy without plates and overly complicated. Lol I tried explaining it to him but he didn't want to hear it. From my understanding all the extra armor is really only good if you plan on riding around in a vehicle. Otherwise it restricts mobility.

I’ve had one for 10ish years. Thousands of rounds through it. Especially for the money, I think it’s a great bolt action. Shot it out to 300yds. Most of its life has been 25-100yds, biggest holdup to accuracy is me. Still have shot many 22 competitions with it and have been able to hold my own.
