Just pay someone with the right tools to do it haha. I hated my life disassembling the originals for the top hats and reassembling the new ones.

Yea i don't want to mess with it, Ive got new top hats so it should be easy for someone to it. I stopped looking into doing myself after I watched a video of someone assembling them under the weight of the car haha

I would bet bullhide probably has a press and the spring jig thing and would be able to have it done in a few minutes.

Ive got all the parts I need so im ready when you guys are.
Just to clarify, Im doing a single AAL in the rear so I won't need longer U bolt, correct? The stock ones fit when I installed the same setup on my 1st gen.

Did the AAL not come with new U-Bolts? They're not really supposed to be reused.

No problem. I’ve done the strategy where you use the truck to do it, but it’s a pain in the ass when you can just spend $40 and not worry about it haha

    God damn. That’s heartbreaking.

Red Feather Lakes is our family’s favorite place by far and it’s damn close to taking it out :(

The sky in Greeley looks like like I'm wearing sunglasses. Ash everywhere. It won't be the same in our lifetime out there :/
