I actually attempted to put on matte black decals and messed up one side lol. Decided to see if it would grow on me and it has. Don't plan on getting a replacement decal.

 

Thanks man, very exited!! I came from a 2018 Trd Sport Quicksand, very tough decision since I love both colors. However, glad I picked the Cement for a change!

What size tire did that leveling kit afford you?

What load range did you (or anyone else?) get on your 265/70R17 tires?

When I put that size for BFG All-Terrain T/A KO2s into Discount Tire they make you select from a few options, since you aren't doing a direct vehicle match, that are slightly confusing but I think it gives you the option of load range C1, D1, or E1. I think D (or D1 as they say there) is probably what I'd want as it would give me a slightly harder tire than stock (which is C I think) which would be good for towing my camper...? Also with the D1, only "Raised White Lettering" is available, though I assume that is just one side and you still get black lettering on the other.

Sorry for random aside in the Cement thread, but I've been thinking of going with that size as well and wasn't sure which I'd want to pick. I see plenty of that size and tire model posted here, so figured there were some knowledgeable people around and maybe even some that used DT.

 

went with the SL rated, blackwall (lighter than the outlined white lettered tires) serial side out (more aggressive looking, from toyo's website). there is a whole thread on these tires, in the tire forum of this site, link for you:

How’s the paint quality and color match on those bumper caps?

 

I scuffed one of mine and bought a pre-painted Cement one off ebay and it was a great match. The backside was white instead of the black like an OE one, but once it was on the truck you couldn't tell.

 

Really good so far. They look OEM and they appear to have been wetsanded and buffed (there was a little compound left on the inside) so they have a nice finish. For $140 I don't think it can be beat.

 

Cool truck, definitely one of my favorites!
