    Well first offer on house has been countered. Owner is proud of his truck project & toys (side by sides). Countered back without toys and truck and hope for best. We came in 30k over asking previously. Also separated the home (1.37acres) and the other parcel (19.3acres) and offered a lease (with intent to purchase)rather than purchase. Highly doubt they can sell as it has zero road access otherwise.

    Edit - Woops 19.3 not 39.1acres That would be awesome tho haha
