OK, so say you build a harness:
Lock & Unlock will required constant fused power and, if you keep it simple just 2 relays. The feature inside the lock assembly that tells the system the door is unlocked you won't get to use. But you could purchase a module that duplicates what the vehicle would've had.
For the remote mirror control, you'll need wire it to the connectors you already have, no biggie there. IGN fused power the switch and its connector.
For the power windows, just a IGN fused per side and wired to the door connector.

Using the connectors you already have from the harness do this for the unlock/lock feature:

If you could get the opposite side of the connectors you could build your own harness to mate with what you have. I show the connector n pin # for the Door switch and Door Lock Assembly. The detection switch inside the lock assembly will not get used. So all lock wires get bundled, same for the unlock. These should be small (18) gauge wires since they are the actuation of the relay coil. For the Door solenoids a higher (16~14) gauge should be used.

    Door Mirror Turn signal:

IA3 connector is behind the Driver's kick panel next to the Parking Brake. More hidden tap location for the Mirror Turn Signals.

If you are missing the Power Window Relay it's easy to install. That way the 17 pin on 1F connector of the cab fuse box would get energized (fuse added of course)
Connector 1H is behind the fuses. Adding the missing wires is also not that difficult. That connector also uses terminals 090/2.33 type (females).

    I'm doing something similar.
I have a 2012 standard cab. I'm installing navigation with steering wheel controls, cruise control, power mirrors and the 120V inverter.

As much as you want to do, I would suggest you use the dash harness from a donor truck that has the 4 cylinder (and the same transmission). You have to make sure the plugs for the engine computer are the same.
You will also need door harnesses from the donor truck along with door lock assemblies and power window motors and regulators.
Last is that you will need inner door panels. I'm not 100% sure they will fit as the different cab size truck have different part numbers for the doors (this may be just because they have different size door speakers).

I have a build page but it's kinda dead.
I want to make a new one and I have to start taking pictures and organizing the ones I have.
