so true. just did a search for the first time in a week or so, seems to be a lot less for sale now, than there was a week ago, and it was slim pickins a week ago

That brick front stair, entryway, whatever you call it, is pretty sweet!

 

That is really nice, I love Skybrook, most of the homes are unique from one another, unlike many other communities. has a cool attached shed or something there in the back, never have seen something like that

 

we also like this one, might be out of our price range though, would need some serious work to remove all that all paper and repaint.

Gorgeous, 3 car garage, room for activities

 

3+ car garage, or detached shop, is on our must have list. I'm not building another truck in a tiny 2 car garage again!! Been there, got the tshirt....

And space to potentially park a car hauler trailer (wife doesn't know this yet).

 

I'll give up the detached garage in favor of a better quality of life for my kids. Plus my best friend lives right down the road with a 30x40' shop with a lift, that I can use anytime I need.

our current home was out of the budget at the time, should have broke the contract and got out of it, but is what it is.

 

The one we are buying was out of the original budget we set but had to raise our budget due to low inventory. I'm a little nervous buying so much house but on paper the numbers work.

 

Well, if you go bankrupt, blame the wife. She's the one who wanted it, right?

 

Haha, that's not going to happen, we can afford it, just didn't want to spend that much.

Potentially selling my truck to buy another in the future if anyone is possibly interested. Can't fully commit to the idea

It's a tough decision, I had to make same decision a couple years ago daily driving a 12 mpg vs. 26+ mpg was the deal sealer. I do 30K-40K miles / year.

Yeah. I have a second vehicle and I can always buy another truck. I really have no good reason to sell it other than used cars are selling for crazy amounts of money and I am looking for a home so extra cash never hurts.
