    Ok so I'm in SW ontario kitchener/guelph area. There's absolutely no charcoal lump or briquettes anywhere. Anyone in the area know where there's any around. I have 2 bags of lump and 2 of briquettes and am getting worried lol

    Had the thermoSmoke for 2 years and finally decided to use it. Sold pork butt as usual and 12 chicken quarter legs. Tested out 3 quarter legs for my meal prep this week just to make sure it came out good lol. Slowly getting use to this smoker.
