I have a hard time listening to someone who says "don't do steroids" while actively doing cycles and admitting he will continue to cycle.

I won't use. It's just not inline with my personal philosophies. But I am jealous of those individuals that feel so passionately about something they are willing to make that level of sacrifice to get where they want.

I have a lot of respect for that.

I was wrongfully provided it in the past by a physician. The real issue was later identified.

I saw that guys back and heard what he said about bleeding all over....

 

No I just fired him and went to a competent physician lol.
Unfortunately he's just part of the reason I dislike allopathic medicine. I try not to let it jade me but it's hard.

He's like "I look awesome, shredded, got me a 6 pack, but I'm afraid to take my shirt off because of mu bleeding acne" and then he went on some sob story about his puffy nipples he has to spend thousands to fix... he took his shirt off and I had no fucking clue what he was talking about LOL

 

Was squatting. This super thin kid comes in and gets his rack set up next to mine. Looks like he weighs 90lbs and is 5’8. He throws 225 on the bar without setting up any of the safety straps or anything. Throws his harbinger belt on and puts it as tight as it’ll go. Takes a deep breath. Gets under the bar. Unracks. Steps back. Goes down. And down. And down. And then proceeds to almost have to crawl out from under the bar cause it damn near went all the way to the floor. Puts up the weights and goes straight home


Poor dude. 10/10 will probably not be back at the gym again.

 

Lol I thought this story was gonna go a different way.

There is this group of really small guys at my gym like 5’4”-5’6”.
They throw up 225 on the squat rack to warm up. They don’t look like much but strong as heck.

 

Yea dude I can’t squat for shit. Like 315 is heavy AF for me. No shame. There’s some tiny dudes that can do 400 like nothing. This guy just wasn’t one of em
