My cost basis is like $60, I think you’re even lower. I’d like to see $80 or so and I’d buy a lot.

80 is about where I was thinking it would get me to look at it. 75 sounds really nice though . I’m sitting at roughly 49, I should be at 55 probably if I’d have been smart enough to buy more at 300 instead of hoping it would come back to 250.

Unless you have the capital to buy up property or lease out vacancies i'm not sure there is much you can do with this info. Kinda too late for shorts even

Dow futures are already almost back to 0. Nasdaq has climbed back up a bit. Let's see what happens after Asia trades for a few hours.

LOL. I'm still calling this a sell-off for now. There was a lot of profit on the table and a lot taken off it. If it starts a free fall in the morning I'll get back in all cash for a bit but the way futures are pairing right now I don't think it will happen. People will see these prices as a discount and snap up the shares that flooded the market today. Time will tell.

oh, yeah for sure. And this will be a little strong most likely because sweet Jesus we ramped up way fast in the middle of an epidemic. I have a feeling we’re in for a correction, this might be it. Might not be, either. I thought we’d make it through September somewhat strong, waiting for October to draw back.

Since this is a B.S. thread.. here in Northern Colorado we have a high of 99 Sunday, may go to the lake one last time this year. Then an inch of snow in the forecast next week. I told my snow shovel, see you next Tuesday!

I think people are trying to take profits before a holiday weekend, trying to get ahead of the Friday sell-off because everything is so high. Part of it is that people wanted to hold on to AAPL and TSLA for a week to see how things were going to go for the splits, kinda like an IPO. Just my ignorant opinion.

I would agree with you on that. thats basically what I did. Now I am torn to sell or hold. Tesla is a roller coaster. Its up and down and always seems to go back up. Should have cashed out last week then waited for the dip. Almost did that right before the COVID crash. Would have been a nice sell and buy back in.

We have tomorrow at mid to high 80s. Saturday similar but a little lower. I think this will pretty much be our last hoorah for the summer. Still will be nice but not sit outside and drink corona and slather the sunscreen and enjoy the sun warmth. :(

Our weather is crazy, it’ll be in the 80s right after the snow. I like it, we never really have to deal with much snow on the ground because it melts but we get a lot.

Yes, and I was wondering when to do this. Probably early October for me here.

I'm not from the area but do it. If it's an extended time not using them, winterize it. There's a chance it can burst, and they're not deep down there so it's more likely to split. It would be a pain to fix a ton of lines next year.

    Last night: Futures down
    This morning: Futures up
This morning, again: Futures way down
This morning, now: Futures up y'all!
