    Another totally random thought here, but I just remembered it. Did PA issue a new "vanity" tag recently? It's like the old blue and yellow (like the you got a friend in PA tag from the 90's) and had Keystone State at the top. I almost thought it was someone from Delaware as it's very similar. It had custom text on it as well. It looked really cool, I'd like to get one for my vehicles.

    I know you can now reuse a old licence plate in Pa.A buddy of mine has a bunch of cars and he will find an old plate from the year the car was made and reregister to his car.On his 55 chevy he has a plate from 1955,same for his 32 sedan delivery.

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!

    Played 9 holes of golf with Lynn yesterday, then cut the grass around our house - cut the rest of our property last Sunday. Had a garage door spring break - the door guys came yesterday and replaced it - had them do the 3rd garage door, too. Replaced the middle door spring last year.

    I plan on washing the Tacoma today, and maybe the Z3. I did the Z3 about a month ago and haven't driven it so it might just need a dusting and some detailer wax - taking it out to dinner tonight when we meet friends at The Beaumont Inn in Dallas, PA.

    Good pool weather coming up for the weekend and beyond!!

    Good morning all and happy Friday! Just need to endure another 7 hours here and then I'm on vacation!

    Regarding resurrecting an old license plate in PA, you can use a "year of manufacture" plate in lieu of an antique tag for vehicles up to the 1975 model year. You must have a plate that is "open" to do so. You can check the status of old tags on Penndot website. I have a 1977 Honda CB400F Super Sport that is antique tagged and found a perfect plate on eBay that still had a T registration sticker on it and bought it hoping to use it instead of the ugly purplish color antique plate I have now. I thought initially thought you could do this with any antique plated vehicle but later learned they established a cutoff year of 1975 so I miss it by 2.
