Completely understand and didn't feel he was being disrespectful at all. I was just trying to explain things

I often pick a vendor based on their friendlyness and help factor, then decide on the product details.
I was ready to buy bilstein's, got sold on eibachs instead.

Hi Marie, I tried to get a shipping price from your shop when I called and was told to send in the request by email and someone would get back to me. I wanted to get the Eiboch kit shipped to Puerto Rico 00952 but your sites says “does not ship to this zip code” so that is why I was asked to send the request by email . Your site says don’t send multiple emails so I’m still waiting on an answer. That was just about a week ago. If you could PM me the price shipped to 00952 to see the difference I would pay a bit more if they are in stock. Thank you in advance.

I was looking for lengths on the rear shocks
    Didnt find anything.

Eibachs say that their rears are good for 0-1.5" lift
is that best case scenario for getting the most out of stock mounting locations?

I recall Ryan@Eibach saying that the 1" figure was conservative "because is you tell people 1 inch, they'll go 2 inches". The question and his answer are somewhere earlier in the 185 pages of this thread.

I couldnt find actual lengths posted. I'm going to guess that the are pretty close to being the longest they can be without bottoming out before the bump stops. I'm glad I didnt go big $$ on rears just yet, I think new extended mounting locations will be in order to get better travel. I hope the shocks can handle the duty of droop limiting in the mean time.

Also keep in mind that just finding the part for the cheapest price from a vendor that isn't adhering to policies may not be all it is cracked up to be. Usually in most cases people who just back door parts have zero experience and no product knowledge. They cannot tell you what will work and what won't and how to trouble shoot, if need be. Also they are usually gone with the wind when something goes wrong and cannot help with warranty issues. A lot of mfg's have tried to combat the issue of companies not adhering to their policies by not providing any support or warranty help and instead they require you to go back to the company you purchased from. Which in the end that $20 you save could end up being the difference of getting product and warranty assistance or just having to throw it away and start again with a vendor who is in good standing and has knowledge about what they sell. Totally just by $0.02 because i have literally seen this exact scenario happen to many people.

I totally get it. Maybe you can help with my scenario. 2 different vendors (won’t name them) have 2 exact same kits and both offering assembly and free shipping. One is at 492 delivered and the other is 660 delivered. That’s a far cry from 20 dollars in savings that you mentioned. What’s your thoughts on this....

$492 is a great price. Wonder if they have it in stock? Or are they are going to say they do, take the payment, then go MIA for 2 weeks then once the buyer can get a hold of them they say "oops its not in stock" and "oh you want to cancel your order that will cost you a restocking fee." Honestly at $492 I am not sure how that is even possible understanding the actual costs of everything. But if someone back doors parts and violate policies and probably treats the consumer the same way they treat the mfg's then best of luck. Me personally I don't shop the bottom dollar price because you tend to get what you pay for. Now a days there are so many shady companies out there just ask some of the many members who have been screwed over by these companies and who call us nearly on a daily basis. We want to stay in good standing with the manufactures because we buy direct from them and we value the members and do our best to treat them right.

Very well said. Thankyou Marie for that! This is why this community loves you. Best customer service anyone can ask for. Certainly clears that up. Have a great holiday weekend by the way!

The guy I bought my pro kit from had a great price for the kit, and good prices on the other stuff.
    I think assembled was a extra 120.
    No spacer included.
Free shipping though. Quick to answer my questions and sold me UCA and rear springs too.

He says it's all in stock, I've got no reason to doubt it is.

I checked out headstrong site. Y'all carry lots of stuff! I'll always keep you in mind for future purchases.

Exactly what I'm going for, except my plan of attack is 5100's, eibaxch coils and Deaver AAL. What size tire are you running? And did you have to put a spacer on driver side for the taco lean everyone talks about?

This is my first time posting to this forum, but most everyone has been so helpful in this thread when I was researching this kit that I wanted to add something to it. I had the Eibach Pro Truck kit installed yesterday on my 2020 TRD Off-Road. I also purchased "Eibach" upper control arms, but when I opened the Eibach box there were SPC UCAs in it. Still don't understand that exactly, but whatever. I had the kit installed on the second notch, and I put a 1.25" block in the rear. I also changed wheels and tires yesterday as well. I went with Wildpeak 265/75/16 on Fuel wheels. So far everything seems to be good to go and it's like most everyone has said, the ride is a bit firmer than factory, but in a good way. The truck feels a little bit different going down the road, but I can't put a finger on it yet. I think it's mainly because the tires are a tiny bit bigger and have more aggressive tread and that makes them dictate direction greater than the factory ones. I don't know, will live with it a while before making more changes, I've only driven it 50 miles since yesterday. Anyway! Pics
