Yup, read up on ECGS bushing, you'll need to upgrade your front diff.

X2. That’s why it should be included as an essential part when doing lifts on a tacoma. Second is maybe it’s your tires. 3rd is drive shaft angle. I thinks that’s about it.

Not always the ECGS. Vibration after 5100s and AAL was cured by axle shims.

Did you replace wheels and tires when you installed the lift? Did you perform any other mods along with the lift?

I have a 2018 Offroad completely stock as of now and Drives perfect , I bought the trd 17 inch wheels and want to put on 275/70/17 tires. I also want to do a 2/1 lift Bilsteins 5100 and aal . I am not sure if it’s worth doing the lift and try to figure out what is causing the vibration and then spending the extra money to do the drops and needle bearing bushing thing.

Typically anything over 1" or any spacer lift will need the ECGS.

Diff drop does nothing for the 2WD vibes that go away in 4WD.

Trust me, I get it. Only you can make that call if it’s worth it though. I had a stock truck that drove great and assumed it was all going to go bad like this website would lead to you believe. It didn’t. Like I said, I’m on 5100s all around, a 1.5 single AAL. I had vibrations at low and high speed. Installed 2 degree axle shims and now I’m vibration free. Maybe I’m lucky. Or maybe it’s not as common as TW leads everyone to believe. Or maybe it’s coming...

Aal no vibes , diff drop carrier bearing and shims in rear. I do have ecgs onhand if and when it happens. My bro is a mechanic so no worries. 10k on lift
