    That makes sense lol

My fastest I'd say is at 5 to 5 1/2 mins per mile.

15min 3 mile runs were for 100pts on the Marine Corps PFT, I think 17 or so minutes dropped you down a tier, and so on.

    Hmm

my 2 old bestfriends were the opposite

Fuckers got bulked up and were freaking stacked; I was doing the same as them as they tried bulking me up but I never got big only cut

They hated running though with a passion.

I was born with a heart valve handicap. I'd get winded in 30 yards was insane. Just couldn't get oxygen pumping. But over time it fixed it self. Wasn't until my teen years when I could run. But by then I was in shit condition. I had to do sports like football and short bursts to get anywhere.

I got a random text from a friend that I haven't seen in over 2 years; we used to shoot long range together.

Hell I haven't talked to him via text since May and it was just 1 or 2 texts. Only now did I remember that I didn't reply when he texted the other day

I've got the vacation time for it; was just wanting 7 days off instead of the 5 it seems I'll get.

So far it's you, me, Sean, Tyler, and Justin.

I'll tag a few more later when I get home as they're a lot closer to Moab physically than we are, and are on the list to go.

You know what's weird... I've had a power steering whine for ages that wouldn't go away despite new fluid and cleaning the screen.

Did my steering rack bushings last weekend and the whine is gone completely.

Riddle me that @Empty_Lord ...or anyone else. Any idea why? The rack had quite a bit of movement with the bad bushings, could that have somehow put more pressure on the power steering system and made it whine?
