So what you was your reason to jump to 5.29 instead of 4.88 with 33's? Just curious

 

Installed the Subaru/Kicker tweeters I got from @seats1comfortably. Sounds great now with the speakers upgrade complete. The tweeters really do add to it. My g/f even commented it sounded better now.

Looks great! I’m itching to get some new tires too, almost bought a used set of those bronze 305’s locally for a great price, but couldn’t convince myself Id like ‘em on my SSM with an MGM shell. Those taillights though, they add a nice touch. Are those from tacomabeast?

nitro put 4.88’s on a stock Tacoma and did a review and said it came out perfect. So, I called them and told them what I had with my truck, intentions and what I tow. The recommended 5.29’s and I’m glad I did. They are perfect.

 

Silver Sky + black + steel wheels = great look -- sharp ride! I vote for the silver cap look.

Modified my kicker speakers with a “water guard.” Anytime it would rain outside, parked slightly unlevel my speakers would get wet and my weathertechs would collect water through the speaker grill. Didn’t take pictures because I was slightly aggravated. But. Hot glue. Plastic strips. Silicone.

Also, someone talk me out of spending another K on headlights. They are the last thing chrome...

 

What size trailer did you get? Thinking of doing something similar with 6 x 10 since we're a family of 4.

Try to find someone to do a trade. The skewp sits up high. I’m not sorry I have one but I won’t do it again. No skewp on the next one. If the OR had color match fender flares, I would have gone that route. JS.

 

Got my front camera installed today. Only took me all damn day in 90° weather. Ended up busting off the ground wire bolt to the battery and had to drill it then use a speed out to remove, then go get new bolt. Then i ended up marking up my grille in 2 spots below the camera smh. Im exhausted and in pain. That install sucked

 

got her liquored up. Smooth. Seems pricey for a hood. Glad mine came with the truck. Looks slick.
