    The temp is cold but it seems to be going in and out...like it will be working but then stop for like 30 seconds to 1min and then start again also I notice some noise coming from the compressor...possibly a bad bearing on the pulley?

    Sounds like a clutch issue to
    me, I’m not an ac guy but makes me think it has to do its en/disengagement. Might just be low on refrigerant.

    yeah that too I read that it has a sensor of some sorts that cuts it off if the pressure is low but that doesn't explain the noise lol

    Sounds like your A/C clutch is binding or your temp sensor is wonky. The noise you said leans me to compressor clutch. Can you get some pressure gauges on it?
