Christmas is rolling around the corner. There is this one girl who I like a lot and I want to get her something for xmas, yet I don't want the gift to give her any idea that I have interest in here. We are very good friends right now!:) I don't see anything happening between us for awhile since she lives in Texas and I am in Oregon. She will be moving up to Oregon in June this next year.

How about a nice watch. It still has the wow factor of jewelry but being you guys are just good friends at this time it still keeps you in that friend zone.

Well how much do you like the girl? If you are both really into eachother, try getting her perfume that she likes or if you want to stay friends, get her clothing.

It depends. What type of girl is she? That is the biggest factor imo. What is your connection level? The biggest thing is to not go over board and kill the opportunity before it starts.

If you want, you can buy me a 2011 DC OR and we can talk on the phone maybe I would drive out just to snuggle with ya ;)

The best gift is really something she likes and no one here is gonna be able decipher that. Buy her something that shows her you listen and care (in an honest and friendly manner). Maybe tickets to see her favorite band? Some new shoes she wanted and briefly mentioned? A style of perfume she likes? Naked pictures of yourself with some astroglide and a card that says "patiently waiting..."?

I didn't use very skillful tactics in getting my wife. Lots of drunk sex (as friends at first), accidental pregnancy, then......well the story continues.

Big whoops!! Trojan can be your friend here. Plus your young, plenty of time. But was the best thing that ever happened to me. The boy is now 8 and my girl is 6. Been married for 7 years.

    Sorry for the thread jack:eek:
