I've been trying this multiply thing with CTRL F then where it says set values I enter (* 125) and it always tells me that the value must be between 0 and 1066.65

If this gets me 100% throttle when I 100% floor it. Consider me sold.

I think you need to do one or the other. Either control f then enter your 125 or hit * then enter 125

No experience here, but is it possible the the resulting value will be greater than the limit, and that’s what the message is about?

I hope this works right from off idle in 1st gear 2H.
That dead fish feeling right after letting the clutch out on an incline has to go. With the advantage of 1st gear plus a 4.30 axle ratio, it just seems ridiculous that this thing can't get going reasonably well. I've never felt anything like it in all the manual trans vehicles I've driven.. and that includes Chevettes!
For those that bark back with " just rev it up more"... no. I feather the clutch the least amount possible to get going.

Here's my experience: My first shot at modifying the alternator tables had me charging at 14.36 in the VFTuner logger. I thought the same as you, go low, and ran it that way for a couple days. Yesterday I hooked up my battery charger (also charges AGMs) and it took an hour to charge the battery back up.

So I went back and modified the tables again (per Shellshock, etc) and now I'm running right at 14.6, or just a smidgen above (I also had to up the base phase duty to 96 to get there).

Thing is, if the attached table is correct I've already lost 25% of battery storage by not knowing all this when I bought my AGM 14 months ago. After I fully charged it I got out my tester and it registered 12.64 volts which puts me at 75%.

So in short, IMO you need to be at 14.6 minimum to charge an AGM past usage.

I'm thinking it's cause * isn't a numerical value. I tried it as * 1.25 also and get the same message.
I can't seem to do it any way I try it actually. If i highlight a single value and hit* nothing happens then when I type 125 it puts 125 as the new value. If I type*125 together it just enters 125 as the value. Same thing happens if i CTRL F a single value and type and when i highlight a complete section then CTRL F it gives me the message I need to set a value between 0 and whatever.
Right now it looks like the only way I can change values of a whole map is to individually change each individual number so I pretty sure i'm missing something
Maybe @OVTune can give a listing of all the commands to us like CTRL F and CTRL I and how to use the commands properly

On this screen. Press ( * ) then enter your desired multiplier. Then hit enter.

Going to try the top one tomorrow. So far I'm very happy with the boosted throttle response. I'm not sure what to do next... anybody done any shift points?

Nice, I’m running mine at the settings I posted for a week or 2. I commute ~70 miles a day so I want to see if things are charging before I start increasing charging voltage. Thanks for the info, it will be good to get several of us tweaking things to see what works.

I pulled up the built-in Windows on screen keyboard and used it to get the numpad asterisk.

That seems like something that Mat should recode. LOTS of laptops out there without a 10-key.

Thanks Mat! My big curiosity is will this translate to more acceleration? At some point, more throttle doesn’t really do anything more. But is that at 60%, 80%, etc.

This is an area where I’ve just come to accept it. Pulling out onto a 7 lane every morning with a left hand turn, sometimes I just have to say ‘screw it’ and give it the beans or else I’m gonna be there for a few light cycles. At those times, I wish it had a few more beans going from 0-40mph.
