last time i remember there being a blue moon i was 12 and it was halloween

Not a blue moon. That only happens when there is two full moons in a month. You'll never see a blue moon on the 21st of the month, it's impossible. now looking blue is a different story.

My mistake, It actual could be called a blue moon, 4 full moons in one season.:
