    I was told 800kms with no off road being mentioned. I guess you made sure they're broken in.
    How's rubbing?

    Well only have about 500km of highway and 20km offroad so close enough.
    As it stands, i spent most of the day yesterday clearing issues with the rubbing. Knocked back the pinch welds further with a 3lb mini sledge and spray painted them with bedliner.
    cut some of the plastic inner fender and got some new longer bolts to hole it back. Cut up the front mud flaps to fit into the truck but still be functional...
    IMG_20200906_133720.jpg
    At the end of the day - after the bit of fun run i did today - i dont hear any rubbing for the time being. I was extremely cautious driving the truck around at first where i couldnt turn without the wheel grabbing the inner fender.
    @tacoma16 helped with pointers

    Interested.

    Just a suggestion, but it would be great to have doors that open into little plastic cubbies to use the wasted space in the interior of the tailgate. I would put stuff like tie down straps in there.

    You could use 1/4 turn Dzus fasteners.

    Here is a new feature of a TuRD gen

    If you don’t have license plate bulb sockets inserted truck will try to kill you by disabling throttle and throwing abs codes while you make a turn

    For those interested... the Midland GMRS MXT 400 is a game changer! I cant believe how well it works. Easy install, no fussing with grounding and ground plane issues (CB). And antenna is small AF (the one on the right, the one on left is CB)...

    Hey Joe, I've got the same dent in my front bumper. I tried to push it back out but you can still see the crease in the plastic.

    I'm in for a set of @Norilsk 's bumper caps too. Maybe this is the project for me to learn to weld on.

    Nicely done guys. That's the spot I got stuck doing the "by-pass". We were going the opposite direction though, and it was raining. :anonymous:

    I've replaced mine but that's the extent of my experience. This one has lasted about 2 years. Leaking now. I'm just gonna throw bubble gum in the reservoir and hope it finds the leak. What's up with yours?
