    Nice! Now what you do is string all your cert acronyms together in your email sig line and let them figure out what they mean. That is how you know if you have a certified geek on the other end.

    I got a bunch of those, but only keep the CISSP current now because I'm management now.

    We have an ISSO here with 32 separate active certifications. However, he lacks the social graces of a honey badger. Apparently, it doesn't matter how smart you are if you're an asshole.

    This! 100% this! I've worked with a dude that was a total ass. We would but heads because he would tell my L1's he could automate them. Ended killing him with kindness. Started calling him my best friend and his manager loved it! He moved up a little at my old company but he lacks the people skills to really succeed
