@dome Does this still seem like something you would be interested in trying? I can get a better drawing and measurements if so. Also, I don't need them to be super high resolution (I'm guessing that is what it is called in 3D printing?) as I can fill, sand and paint. Let me know :)

That's all I got. I can't keep up with everything he has going on in that thing. It is built though, er being built as we speak. I can tell you it has a few extra cylinders from a Chevy though...

I'll give it a whirl, just haven't gotten around to it. I'm pretty sure my truck has similar holes in the hinges that I can use as a reference, but I haven't had the chance to get to it (currently the truck and I aren't in the same location) and I haven't been motivated to move in 100+° weather days lately.

Seems like a simple enough design though.

I understand that, seems my motivation gets cooked out of me as well. I’ll sketch up a couple of ideas, get some good measurements, and shoot you a message. I’m not in a hurry, so no worries there.

Well on that note, time for a 32bit control board.

At least I had just updated the firmware. :bananadead:

I think I've found the best and most annoying way to learn 3d modeling is to rebuild your model from the ground up 3-5 times... :frusty:

Been working on Christmas presents already. Currently working on printing up some engines that are usb stick holders.

I love the duet wifi. I just wish it would play nicer with the raspberry pi and octoprint.

Yeah that was a bit of a turn off for me, but I figured I'd give it a whirl. Now I don't know what to do with one of my 3 RPis.

Also, it's a clone, not a real duet.

I was able to get mine to kinda work once. Eventually im going to try the duet 3 and hope that the dedicated connection solves the problems. I kinda need my Rpi to work for the shunt trip...

Spent a week and nearly a KG of plastic trying to get rid of the these blobs. This plastic is viscous, but the layer bond seems really good. Think I have it where I want it. 20200905_162513_HDR.jpg

Came home on my lunch break and had this waiting for me. Can't wait to get home, clremove the supports and scaffolds, and see if it fits.

Just got done printing thor pikachu in ABS and the couch for him in TPU. Also, working on a UFO build as a desk ornament for my buddy and currently printing a seatbelt holder for the truck since the plastics for it broke.
