    You can do it. Get a welder and play with it. Big Daddy can give you some tips. Check out local community colleges and see if they have any welding classes.

    Practice, practice, practice. I absolutely sucked at welding, but then I practiced it for 4 months twice weekly. You gotta try vertical, horizontal, T and gap welds. See about going to a metal shop and seeing if you can pick up a bunch of 'offal'. It's scraps of metal that come off when cutting pieces for other uses. Might sell it to you by weight.

    yes sir , I have the same one just an earlier design I’m guessing I only have two light cut outs not 4. Also love the way you notched the hoops, looks super clean.
