I was cut off by a ram 3500 pulling a 5th wheel as my 3rz was trying its best going up an overpass

 

My feet do get a little cold when I’m not moving much, specially on the cold days, but it doesn’t take much to get warm again.
They sell thousands but they’re more for when you’re sitting around lot

 

Cruising at 60/65 mph with no one on the road I can see +20mpg but an auto downshifting trying to keep 70mph... No

 

so long as they're a good bit taller than the boot.

It's because you have the most movement on your property thus most attention

 

Because my 5vz 4 runner with bigger tires gets the same mpg while going faster

This confirms the 3rz 4 runners place as a gen 3 4.3 swap candidate... If only they wernt soo expencive for no reason

Haha yeah Im just messing around. Last time I calculated it, it was at about 14.5. Which ain't great, but given all the added weight, supercharger and 99% city driving it's about what's expected

Shit that's what I filled up at with my stock 2wd 3rz 4 runner earlier today, I just wish I had a manual to compare to so I know truly how much that thing eats

it sucks that its a potato but at least it's reliable

You just can't have it mated to an auto. They do really well when they aren't wasting their time heating up ATF. I could hold 80+ in 5th with 4.10s, 4800lbs of stuff and 33s

 

Going from my auto 5vz 4 runner to my buddies manual 5vz 4 runner with a 3k rpm redline because its broken it seemed like that

idk anymore, looking for w59s and 3rz manual ecus

 

My 2rz is still getting 21mpg on average even with 265 75 16s and 4.56 gears and some added wait. She not going to win any races but she will finish.
