    Carbide tipped might not be the best then eh? On stainless (probably?) Valves? Might mar em pretty easy

    They do all have it on the top. I have run one to the back to charge peripherals behind the seat like BT speakers and tablets (from underneath)

    Ohhh! From the first pic, I thought it was carbon tipped. Yeah, carbide is gonna bite in, esp since I need a bit of friction to keep the stem from moving when dinking with the shims.

    Reading what I was hoping for.


    Still, carbide jaws would be killer.

    I betcha. And a shitton better than my 35yr+ old needle nose pliers with a bit of one nose broken off.

    I did scavenge a bunch of nice hand tools from my fathers stash though. Mostly kickn' Proto stuff. It's like gold.

    I don't think I am able to trash these? They look as good as they used to and I abused the hell out of them. Stood on the 1/2in drive ratchet with an 18in jack handle helper. Love the stuff.

    Unfortunately, I don't think I can pass them on. My daughters don't know how to use even an adjustable wrench, ratchet, or socket. I failed there, big time.

    Well I wasn't the sharpest color in the shed box. If I needed a custom tool I would cut it off or bend it :annoyed:

    I used to get yelled at so much lol. I put sand in the gear box of our ATC because....? Idk why lol.

    I bought this and plan to add it to my truck. Probably wire it to be hot all the time with a switch so I can turn it off in the event I don't drive every day so the battery don't get drained out.
    I have yet to pick up a switch. I have a work phone like to charge in the truck and my previous vehicle had outlets that were always hot and the taco doesn't. Also useful for charging things when camping with no electricity.

    LOL!! My philosophy is, 'You'll never miss what you never had' ....:thumbsup:
    My wife... Because we truly live in The Boonies is always after me to get a phone, because of 'What If' ... (She's addicted) ...
    And I 'get it' ... The 'safety/convenience' factor?... I get that all, and it's hard to argue against it...
    At the same time, there's been 2-3 times where I was stranded in NO-WHERE the last 20 years, but oddly enough, I made it through just fine.
    (Even more to my point, If everyone else has a phone .. I'll just use theirs in time of need ..)
    It has always worked out, one way or the other.
    I'll never ever get a phone, because I look at it as an Electronic Leash. Don't need/want, and especially when I see 'phones' turn people into zombies.
    Ehh, I'm old and crusty.. LOL!!!
