No doubt in my mind that teachers are working like crazy. Trying to get my 1st grader to sit in front of an iPad and pay attention all day, keeping my 4 and 1 year old alive, and making sure my pregnant wife gets food was quite a task. My wife is sharing her office with my daughter. Today during music class on Teams, my daughter told her teacher she couldn’t do music class because her mom was on a phone call and she had to be quiet.

I caught the tale end of Linwood and that group before they went Audi and beyond.

6B037A9E-28C4-4406-A016-48CB36C67DB0.jpg New 2x1 mod. Not bad for $100. What mounts are people running to attach forks to the bed rail?

Anyone interested in a set of Yakima crossbars with rail mounts/keys? Mounts are for tacoma beds $150. $400 setup new.

That’s awesome! I assume it’s a lot of work on both ends to do online schooling. Was online optional, or mandatory for your area? Just curious, my brother’s kids in Raleigh have to do online, my sister in rural TN had the option so her kid is going in person.

My latest project: we shoved a 500cc Rotax two stroke snowmobile motor into an old Honda Odyssey FL350 frame. No brakes, seat belts, needs tires, terrible suspension, but she is FAST!

Options were virtual hybrid or virtual Only. I think we are gonna pull her out of school and try a different home school program.

I was homeschooled 2nd-6th grade, back yonder before these inter nets the hussies and cats are on. It was kind of nice, growing up in the military I didn't have a chance for real strong friendships at school anyways. Most of the time I got my work done in a few hours in the morning and had the rest of the day to goof off and build other skills, like playing in the dirt skinning my knees, building lego/knex/erector set, or playing Nintendo.

Thanks, grind hard Plumbing does some amazing stuff.

we didn’t score the snowmobile around here. We had to go to northern Indiana to find one. It was cheap (don’t remember exactly, but only a couple hundred bucks). We had to find one and make a trip to get it.
