I had to superglue the rubber on my tabs.

 

Just installed mine. Wish they were a tad brighter or maybe it's my eyes with all the street lights distracting me...

 

If I get the SAE fogs from BD, and mount them into my stock bumper, would I be able to re-mount these same lights onto an aftermarket bumper? Thanks for any help

 

It is doable. The Tacoma kit has vehicle specific brackets that mount in the stock bumper. It would just depend on the aftermarket bumper, whether it uses OEM mounting provisions or if they put a mounting tab on the bottom of the light cut out. If it has a mounting tab on the bottom, then you would need a U-bracket/hardware. We sell those parts separately. Regardless, I’m excited to get my Squadron SAE’s! Just discovered they are currently back ordered though. @Baja Designs , what kind of time frame am I looking at with the back order?

 

Hate to beat the dead horse... but are these Squadron SAE actually just Squadron Sports with SAE covers to make it street legal?

 

The SAE lights also use 4500k spec emitters vs the usual 5000k, so that the selective yellow version falls within the required chromaticity window.
