Good morning
I had a afternoon nap and then forgot to take my tylenol pms at 10 tonight.

 

Sound like your sleep schedule is about like mine now

 

I’m gunna go try to catch some flat fish this morning unless I catch a monster I’m not keeping any , me and the landlord are stocked up pretty good at the moment

 

Its always been that way.
I am basically awake until I am so tired I pass out, but will typically never sleep more than 2 hours in a row or 4 hours then be up for 2 or 3 hours then go back to sleep for another 2.

 

I’m the same way , I eat 3 melatonin gummies about an hr before sleep they help alot

I usually take 20 mg of melatonin, but forgot that tonight too. Too late to take that now.
I also find that 10mg of the gummies and a shot of whiskey help me, but I can't have a nap in the afternoon.

 

I need at least 3 hours more. Considering taking today off too . Gotta think quick here
