    That's some adamant chrome hate.
    Might as well just buy the TRD PRO version, since there is no Chrome. Well I guess, the reflectors are Chrome also.

    My friend has the TRD PRO headlights, and the "TRD PRO" isn't that noticeable.

    You can also BHLM, paint the thin strip, or if you are not good with painting, I think even electrical tape would be able to cover it up lol. Would electric tape be ok inside a headlight assembly?

    You're going to go TRD on one side and then just the 3 led's on the other side in liu of the hated "Pro"? Keep in mind I think there is a very minor difference in chrome vs black which may be noticeable mixing and matching like that? I haven't seen them in person yet so I'm not sure how much this would bug me.

    Go pro and call if a day. F*** it.

    I originally ordered the OR style but the company I ordered called me weeks later wanting more money so I went to a new place and just got the pro's. I'm glad it happened because I like my pro's.

    I know, I mean it's how you feel about it. Or get the OR and BHLM them. I went ahead cause I wanted them, my lady even pushed me to get them if I wanted those more. I just wanted the headlights. It's your truck. I've seen several SR, SR5's with PRO badges and TRD decals. SOME of them are beastly and put my sport to shame but do you man.

    I'm in the same exact boat. On the fence about cracking mine open and replacing the etched piece with "OffRoad". I've contemplated sending mine to someone more competent with opening headlights, then to someone to redo the etching, then back together again and sealed but man o man is that a lot of work for purely cosmetic reasons...

    FYI: BHLM — Black Head Light Mod.

    To be honest, I don't mind having a little chrome in my life. Plus, opening them up for pure cosmetic looks and voiding the warranty they come with, is not a good idea.

    Non TRD Pro Lights had a Chrome Ring around the DRL. If you mix them, you will have a blacked out passenger side with TRD, and a chromed driver side.
