    Shit...

    What's the issue now?

Been out of the loop lately; I just remember seeing your bill and you getting your truck back. That and camping.

The gauge bounced erratically for the first couple days. Then on our way back down the mountain kept trynna say it was hot even at like 2k rpms lol. I stopped at gas stations and popped the hood to check for ambient heat with my hand but wasnt bad. I even was able to put my hand on the head.

Yeah they do and this shits new after their work so they need to figure it out. Also getting a missfire where rpms jump and engine cuts and goes almost like a rubberband which is the cel. Tried checking the code but legit wouldnt give me a code

Huh. The heat could be air in the cooling system. The misfire is probably something else, hopefully just a loose wire or something.

No clue if its even overheating or sensor issue. But popped the hood after sewing it leak the other day and saw this shit. Idek whats going on but im dumping it tomorrow and saying i aint taking it back until its fixed. They thought my missfire would be fixed with resetting the cam sensor but it didnt. It seems something is loose idk cause itd missfire when id hit bumps on the freeway

Im thinking it is bc it helped alot when i fixed the leaking coolant lines for the TB as above pictured. But still if i get on it or turn the ac on and am not driving (at idle) it creeps up

Yeah it finally broke loose the day after camping on my way to work. Had it idling for 2 min at home while i grabbed coffee and it made a huge puddle. Im praying the truck didnt overheat but assuming ot didnt or else id have the same symptoms and something wouldve busted on our way back home.

Thing is, if bro forgot 2 clamps that easy then how do i know everything on the inside isnt loose like u said causing the missfire. Dont have similar issues like a rough hot start at the beginning idek haha

Hey now lol @Blue92 had issues with having the same repair done at the dealer. I think it boils down to the tech and their pride in work

Yeah I absolutely hate taking my truck into any kind of shop for service due to it being manual...most of the time they jump in then I hear them put it in gear and rev it to 3k without going anywhere. Makes my skin crawl.
Would rather they stalled it several times over burning the shit out of the clutch
