CRAP CRAP CRAP. It looks like the sleeves were left off the kits. Really not a good start.

Please hang tight. If you have the kits, I have you name and will get the spacers out to you ASAP.

If you've ordered but haven't yet received, I'm going to hold the orders until I can ship with spacers. Sorry guys.

@Bison Offroad I was going to place an order this weekend. How long do you think the orders will need to be held before they ship with the necessary spacers?

Well unfortunately nothing's happening until Tuesday. I found some material for the 05-15 trucks, but still looking for 16-20. Our warehouse knows and will be done with production in 10 days, but I hope to have something done in-house before that.

Needless to say, everyone deserves a shirt for this snafu when I send out the sleeves. Thanks for your patience.

EDIT--update--I found the material I need for the spacers. I can order this weekend, receive by Wednesday and probably ship out on the same day.

My comprehension sucks. Orders from the past week closer to 10 day lead time or within this week?

I'm expecting material in today at 11 that I can use for spacers. They need to be manually cut, packaged and shipped out today. And that's the plan. Any new orders are being held--for obvious reasons. Let's see how much I get done today...

I placed an order over the weekend and just received a notice that it shipped with a tracking number. Did you already get all the sleeves finished or did the order not get held back like it was supposed to?

I'm going to be replacing my LCAs in a few weeks. Wouldn't mind picking up a set of these so my truck will hold alignment better. Also waiting to hear if current orders are going out with the sleeves for second gens.

UPDATE: The 2005-2015 material showed up today, with McMaster Carr telling me that the 2016-2020 material will show Friday.

--All TC-1502 2005-2015 orders and sleeves with t-shirts shipped today. This includes orders from this weekend.

--All TC-1503 2016-2020 orders should ship Friday, as the material for those sleeves shows up then.

FYI, these are not crush sleeves. These simply center the bushing around the mounting bolt. Pictured below are the production sleeves, which are center-drilled and turned down to the proper size outer diameter. They're then gold chromate plated. Use grease when installing.

The picture below are samples of the production sleeves, as well as one of the copper sleeves that shipped today.

Thanks! Honestly I wish it had never happened. As it is, you guys are seeing the finished product. We actually have about four workable iterations of this product. We tried using different types of rough finishes on the eccentrics--from diamond cross-hatch to actual diamond, a hybrid style that was part Stop Cam and part eccentric, and a few other iterations. Too many BOM (Bills of Material) floating around. It turns out that the simplest solution worked the best.

This is all part of a bigger project too, encompassing many more suspension bits. We're still testing and finalizing a chromoly UCA line that includes an enclosed uniball with stud, we make our own bushings in some crazy styles and materials, as well as the whole level/lift line of products. It keeps us busy. I have a patented torsion key part for Chevy / Dodge / Ford that's been sitting on the shelf too. I might need to start working on that...one day.

    Seriously, use grease.

If you want to be a real stud you'd find a way to get those bolts drilled so they can have a zirk fitting and make it a greaseable bolt. Then we just have to back the nut off 1/2 turn and hook up a grease gun every oil change.

    Does antiseize count as grease?
