Anyone in or around the Montgomery County area looking to sell their house? Been looking left and right for my wife and I, but everything we see we are either outbid on or hate.

 

We had one bus left to do and the clouds opened up and soaked me and my boss. Luckily enough they weren't glue ins. Gasket install.
But boy am I happy that I left a hoodie in the work van.

 

Best of luck it's a tough market, took us a full year to find a house.

Neighbors are overrated

 

I have neighbors, but they're far enough away I can play music at full volume and not piss anyone off, so it works out.

My moms listing, in the neighborhood I grew up in, and where I sold my house 6 months ago. Went live today and all offers will be reviewed Sunday.

I actually walked the property to buy as an investment but it was too nice, decided to list it.

edit: has your realtor put in escalating clause?

 

When i called to schedule i specifically stated do not give me a Corolla. The service guy at Team laughed and said we won't do that.

Kinda of disappointed that they didnt text me a trade-in offer like they usually do. I might have taken them up this time.

 

That's where I'm taking mine. Going to drop it off Monday night. I asked for a Tacoma. Surprised you didn't get a trade offer. Maybe they will after you had time to fall in love with the 2020. LOL

 

Its a limited and i'm not a chrome fan. Prefer the off-road trim. However, Apple CarPlay, 360 cameras and power leather seats are really nice to have. The sequential LEDs are kinda cool too.

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!

19 years ago today I cheated death at least twice. You know you were lucky when the uniform you wore that day is part of a memorial exhibition at the Smithsonian Museum of American Military History.

My office in the Pentagon was on the 3rd floor, 2d ring from the outside - the plane went under our suite. This is a picture looking towards the outer ring from my office door taken several days later.




If you look at this picture, our office suite was where the black, charred hole is- my office was just to the left obscured by the remaining E ring structure.

Every day since then has been a gift. Never forget those many who never came home that day and the families they left behind.

 

The older I get I think when your time is up you move on.

I have seen far to many strange things to think other wise.

Then in some cases I wonder do you even know.

Damn, I can't imagine looking that long without going crazy.

It's as royal pain in the ass.

If we could we would... she works in Jersey and I work in Philly, so our options become limited quite quickly when considering comment time.

We have had an offer with an escalating clause, however our larger issue is refusing to waive inspections. If work weren't a shit show, I would be less afraid to fix things quickly, but I know I have no time to do much work on a house now.
