TACO GARAGE - Dashtop Multi Mount (DMM) CLEAN and SOLID Tacoma accessory mounting

Installed my DMM today - really easy. It’s a nice mount system. I like how stealth it is without any mounts. A couple pics below without anything mounted. I still have to work on my 3D printing project to try and make some custom arms.

Anyone have a good hidden USB install idea? I was looking at possibly adding a USB plug inside the dash tapped off the 12v socket but the dash seems too complicated to get into to be worth it.

 

Just ordered a DSM since I only need a phone mount

 

you could put a usb hook up little system in the glove box and run in behind everything to get a phone charged... im guessing that is what you are doing for it

That could work as an alternative to hiding inside the dash; any better place that you know of to grab the 12v other than the one in the center dash? I basically need easier access to 12v than the center dash to make it worth the trip.

@FreshMexicanTaco I didn't see if this was already asked, but do you have a measurement for the distance between the USB-C plug and the point where the soft wire meets the right angle terminal on the stealth charger? I have a phone case and want to make sure my case is not too thick for the stealth charger to plug in.

Hey everyone we have been super busy lately but and I have a million and a half unread messages and tags everywhere so sorry if I don't get to your questions right away but I'm still here and I'll be answering some messages and posts. We had a lot of orders and DMM were back ordered for a while so a lot of your messages im sure were related to that so just so you know, we have been working hard and DMMs are now shipping in less than a week!
