Was just looking at those water tanks. Curious to see how well you like it

 

Like the letters. I grew up when chrome was only for the "nicer" vehicles and trucks. However, chrome was never overdone in those said vehicles. It was only a light "accent" to the overall appearance. I really got to find some time to erase my plate numbers and put truck pics up. One thing about it, there may be chrome haters to the extreme, and chrome accenters that have it right, and that is what is great about these trucks. It is YOURS, and there are enough of us Tacoma Owners out there that there will be lots of others that like what you have done. But when it comes to chrome, Ford has overdone it, to the extreme. And that is coming from a former F150 owner, before the ChromeAge.

The system my wife's car uses tracks the key fob. It has to be in the car before it will shift out of park. It even tracks you to the door you are going to open, so only that door unlocks by touch. I like the features, just not the car.

 

I got it from Costco, but you can get it from several different places. Definitely the best price at Costco, though, from what I've found.

How did you attach it to the bed rails?

 

changed out the bed side decals to a matte black. Thx again Rich at TVD Decals.

New JCA UCAs — just put these after work today. Love the red.

 

Also ordered new rims--- fuck the 25mm offset on the stock rims. Too much RUB --- see the tire black on the UCA in the photos above..... From pulling out of my driveway, once... @Texoma

Nice - those will help the alignment with the spacers. Bet the ride is way better.

 

Better so far except I literally just went down my street and back. Will probably wait to align--- I'll get that done after I get my tires swapped. Will probably sell my stock tires... They were used for almost exactly 1000 miles. Also-- when the 6112s are on it will ride wayyyyyy better

You are welcome. That decal was from the subwoofer that I installed a few weeks ago. Like you I was looking for a spot for that JL decal. Post a pic of yours if you don't mind. Cheers!
