@Empty_Lord That stupid tan Tundra buckle just got in from LaGrange Toyota (the new cheapest dealer for my location due to shipping). But at least my brother has a functioning passenger seat belt now.

Got in a mild argument with a few members on here about cutting the 3rd gen shocks shorter to fit a 1st gen is not an "easy" mod. Once you've bought a set of stock 3rd gen takeoffs and pulled a welder out you could've easily just bought some vehicle specific parts and been done with it.

I don't understand your constant suggesting of parts that aren't specifically made for our vehicle.

Better advice than buying 5100s and preloading them

Can't knock it till you try it, excellent ride and full droop is right before the cv starts to bind

Plus I got em for free

Why would anyone in their right mind, grind and weld (mutilate) parts of their vehicle to forcibly fit coilovers from a 3rd Gen Tacoma to a 1st Gen Tacoma/3rd Gen 4Runner with the many bolt in options available.

More work for no gain other than saying "GET $70 SHOCKS THEY WORK GREAT LOLZ"

I didn't touch the truck, only the free struts, figured... what's the worst that happens, I destroy a set of free struts?

You can't even read apparently as I've stated a few times now, the rear coils were $70, required no modification and used the shocks already on the trucks I've put them on

I wasnt the first to do either of these, saw both of them done before me on t4r.org or whatever that site is
