At least they are being nice about it. The place I was looking at was a huge no go. Lots of shady repairs found, etc. great on the surface. I have photos but not worth uploading. Def a pig with makeup

It's been crazy, if you can find it, expect to pay a premium. I picked up 500 rounds for $300 at Blackstone the other day.

Sellers have been amazing honestly, took care of every single repair request I made without question. But for what I'm spending on the house they better be easy to deal with.

Yeah, I’ve only seen a couple photos but definitely a beautiful place. All you need now is a kayak for fishing off your dock

I've been looking around already. Still trying to decide if I want to spend the extra money on a pedal kayak vs paddle. I think I will use it a lot so may be. I have a cheapo canoe I can use until I decide.

Ive owned a hobie Pro angler and an Wilderness Systems ATAK. Both 14ft boats. Both very stable. The hobie had there drive system that was great. The onky down side was the draft. Pretty much useless in water less than a ft deep.

The ATAK was conventional kayak. Spent good money on a Bending Branches all carbon fibre paddle and it was a good boat to. Could float in 4 inches of water if you needed to.

Cantgo wrong with either style but to truly kayak fish handa free with the Hobie was great. Should have never sold that boat.

Hobie has been at the top of my list. Considering the Outback but not sure if that's too much Kayak or not enough

With the new place being on the water I really think I'll get a ton of use out of it, could even justify buying a ProAngler. But I hate to spend the money and then decide by Spring that I should have just gotten a bass boat. I guess on the plus side, they really seem to hold their value.

If you buy a Hobie...you will never have an issue getting rid of a Hobie.

Good to know. I may have questions for you down the road as I get closer to a decision.

I sold a new in box ARB twin for $450

That is also the going rate in the group buy. You don't need the tank IMO, it's pretty much a waste.

I'd love to, grew up skiing and wakeboarding, but I'll be driving most of the time. 99% sure we will get a Pontoon boat in the spring for Cocktail Cruising. And I've only got one lift so that's why I'm thinking the Yak would be good for fishing.

02 Tacoma, fixed with curse words.
I'm at the stage where battery powered tools kick so much ass these days that having OBA big enough to power air tools is almost not needed.

Oh yeah, wasn't advocating for air tools, I picked up a Dewalt 20V Impact a couple months ago. My air impact has been collecting dust ever since.
