Winter Coat?

    Here is my Tacoma after winter coat put on it. 2 coats of wax and 1 coat of Zaino polish. Anybody else do this or is mud the choice for winter....

    Truck looks great!!

    I'll be throwing an extra coat of collinite or optiseal on the truck in a few weeks.

    Living in New England, (and after owning a black truck) this is the reason I bought a white tacoma. I beat DOT to the punch, salt throws be damned!!:D

    Yeah I used the clay as soon as I got it. about 4 months ago. That stuff is a pain in the arse.. Thanks it shined up pretty nice, before the damn winter crap...

    We had 65 degrees here today and by wednesday the high will be 24... Crazy ass Kansas weather.. Thought for sure it would rain today since I cleaned it yesterday but it did not suprisingly. Damn dust seems to attract to it like a magnet when it's waxed though and that sucks..

    I waxed mine up this weekend too, but its not that shiney! LOL Looks good. I think that pic just convinced me to get the front windows tinted though, mines the same truck.

    Tinted windows, Plasti-dipped emblems (black), white 2011 grill w plasti derped white toyota emblem, Weathertech dontfits; Clarion HU, Hertz-165 Coax, Alpine 500w mono to 8" JL 3w3, Wet Okeles, CBI sliders, Eibach/5100's @0.85 in front, Dakar leaves and OME shocks in rear, Leer topper.
    If you do the tint.. I found out the hard way that its better to have it in a warm garage for a day or so after it gets done to help it "set"

    I had my last vehicle done in the middle of winter in one cold valley in Colorado, i think thats where the only issues I had with it started. The edges didn't attach good enough.

    Looks great! Damn thats shiney! I really need to get a coat of wax on mine, just can't find the time to do it. I washed yesterday, then it rained this morning. Oh well.
