Oh dude, I still remember that stupid math song we had to sing in Ms Davey's class in 2nd grade; it was our multiplication tables.

There was another one for fractions but I forget that one.

We were living in Germany; Vilseck Elementary.

My mom still has my school sweater somewhere.

    "Wakey wakey, rise and shine.
    Seven 7s is 49"?

I went to a Montessori school so it's all a blur to me lol (because I had the same teacher 1st-3rd and the same teacher 4th-6th)
then I found drugs and alcohol so middle and high school years are even more of a blur

Plus I'm the 3rd son so my parents were too tired to keep child momentos around. That's good tho, no proof I was ever a child.

I'm just a grizzled old wrinkly fat curmudgeon stuck in a young fat man's body:burp:

I'm the oldest of 3, I tell my younger brother all the time how lucky he was to be born last. I had all the rules, restrictions and strict oversight going on...by the time my brother came around my parents were just like "fuck it, do whatever you want" lol. And he ended up getting in the least amount of trouble too. Goes to show...

Then again my middle sister made both my brother and I look like saints. Middle child is always the hardest

Similar scenario here...I was always in trouble like wtf?

My mom would just be mad at me all the time assuming I fucked up even when I didn't

Yup you're exactly right.. i remember my parents telling me "your eldest brother did everything one way, and the second did everything opposite of that so there's nothing you can do that we haven't seen"

My eldest was particularly bitter about it cause my parents owned their own company so were gone from the house 16hrs a day. He had to do most of the upbringing lol .... lots of childhood shenanigans happened

Although to be fair I was usually picking on them

My parents were very equal in punishing us all evenly lol.. except my little sis, she was the only girl and the youngest so she got all the special treatment

My sister was a special kind of pain in the ass growing up, things we later learned were pretty serious mental health issues but back in the 90s that wasn't really something people talked about. Instead the answer was always just 'get over yourself'. Feel kind of bad about it looking back. But she's actually a licensed marriage/relationship therapist now lol. If someone would have told me that back when we were teenagers I wouldn't have believed it.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
I was in first grade, we still went to school though. I was still living in CA at the time, remember seeing the building smoking before school and all the rubble after I got home from school.
