I’ve posted about this a few times and still NO SOLUTION. It’s at highway speed. Specifically accelerating 55-60 range. If I let off the throttle it stops. I took it to Toyota and they said if it was the rear and or pinion bearing it would continue to make the noise under deceleration. Said it’s an issue Toyota has had. I didn’t think it was on that year model though. I’m lost on what to do!!!!!!

WELL IF THE NOISE IS CONFIRMED... AND COMING FROM THE REAR DIFF...THEN YOU MIGHT NEED A NEW 3RD MEMBER.

Just because the noise isn’t herd while coasting or deceleration, doesn’t mean it’s not a bad differential.
Different parts will cause different noises, at different times, when they are bad or failing.
No reason to assume it’s NOT the differential just because it doesn’t whine on deceleration.

Are you saying this like you expect this forum to be able to solve this for you? If you've posted before and haven't resolved it, I don't think posting again is necessarily your shortest route to get it fixed. If it were me, I would look for a reputable driveline shop to take a look versus the dealer. It doesn't sound like this is a common enough issue for folks here to recognize as easily as some of the other more common issues for our trucks.
