I measured up the front end... +2LT and a little massaging the coil bucket... would fit.

TBH probably easier on 2nd/3rd gens in every way

Just smoother? There’s almost 100k on these shocks. I’d like to lift it about an inch and have a smoother ride

What load rating are tires and what air pressure?
How long since tires were balanced?

I suggest ruling out tire conditions before stepping into the wide world of suspension.

just had discount install them last weekend, 265/75 bfg ko2s, e rated I believe. I guess they didn’t balance them right? I get vibration around 75 and my passenger seat wiggles

You aren't far off. It's back on 35s now though.

They are not, but I'll make you a great deal on them. $40,000 for the sliders, but you get a free 4Runner with bumpers, suspension, skids, 35s, and all kinds of other cool shit.

If it doesn't shake until 75, it's not that bad. E rated is a heavy tire.
See if the tire pressure is high. Drop to about 35 and see how it rides?
A better balance might help, might not.

Local dealer has a tundra with $20k added for accessories.
*Aftermarket steel bumpers & skid. Lights are crooked in bumper and skid is a joke. Skid looks like 1/8 steel with crap welds on the mounting tabs. Tabs have no boxing or gussets. Likely fold over on first hit.
    *20" rims & 35s.
    *Big light bar.
    *Lift. (spacers/blocks)

LOL. Parts were only about $6k from what i can tell if they paid retail.

Spacer lift reused all oem suspension. Check out this part so they could reuse rear shock with the big block on the axle.

Had them rebalanced and still get a shake at 75, more so in turns on the interstate. What would be considered high pressure?

I always run about 35 psi. Tire shop (Disc. Tire) once put them at 45 and it rode really rough. But i have always ran load C or passenger tires. E is a stiffer tire. Other guys here might have advice on that.

It could be worn shocks if you think tires are in good shape.

Hate to see you get new shocks and still ride rough is why i suggested checking tires first.

Edit: vibration on turns at highway speed might be an early sign of wheel bearing. You got 100k miles on it you said? My prerunner had one go out a bit over 100k. Had a light vibration only at highway speeds sometimes.

Let some other guys chime in though before you start to worry about that.

possible high road force in tires, tire pressure, worn shocks, worn bushings, worn wheel bearing, worn tie rod ends can all contribute to a vibration/rough ride (air pressure not for vibes). play with air pressure. also, jack the front end up and check for play in suspension components.
