I threw on a Gator tri-fold cover. Just put it on today, but it was a super easy install, and so far I'm more than happy with the look and fit of it

Luckily in my area we don't have a big issue of stolen tailgates. However, I do plan on installing one for simply security of whats inside the bed. I would eventually like to get a hard tonneau cover, but I found this on fb marketplace practically brand new for a steal, so I'm more than happy with it for now

Nice, they are cheap enough brand new!

Have to admit being able to roll it back to the cab for big loads is great. Thats one of the things I don't like with some of the hard tri folds.

I can't roll mine back. It only folds, leaving the front 1/3rd down. Like you said, one of the only things I'm not a fan of

Got some running boards put on today, thanks @deusxanime!

Short bed running boards on a long bed, never knew there was a difference, but I guess the long bed steps have a useless extra foot on them that goes back to the bed.
I think these look better without that extra foot of uselessness.

Also put on the black chrome exhaust tip (would of rather it be straight chrome, but this looks alot better than the stock ugly pipe)

Did the wiring for my Leer camper shell for the brake light and inside dome light. Wired the inside dome light directly to the battery so it will turn on even when the trucks off and put a fuse near the battery just in case and then wired the brake light into the left sides brake.
