After my flame outs on the brisket and then ribs the next cook I couldn’t take it anymore and upgraded my controller. Everything I read is positive about this so I got it. Install was easy. Going to smoke something over the weekend and test it out.

Ran out of black pepper. Need to re stock. Any good website to order?
Do you all prefer 12, 14 or 16 mesh? Or grind your own?

Scored some real nice whole back peppercorns from the Watkins man of all places. Really good stock, can’t remember what I paid but reasonable too.

I've ordered stuff for my business from them. Shipping is usually on time, decent stuff, just gotta watch shipping costs. Some ships for free other stuff is pricey.

Compare what like items they have that you want. Some of the "better" (good/better/best) stuff will have free shipping and the cost between it and "good" is usually enough to justify the upgrade to get the free shipping.
