Has anyone successfully installed their 2020 headlights using the harness from TRS? Mine seems to be blowing fuses (high and low beams not working). The harnesses did not come with instructions either :( .

Are you mixing up the low and high beam plugs? They are identical. But the highbeam plug has two wires, while the low beam has one wire.
I recall someone having a similar issue, and it was that the plugs were reversed.

Initially I may have. Both the plugs have two wires so it was a bit confusing. The first install + test run my low beams were working but the highs were not. Then got confused and mixed the wires and blown some fuses. Gonna try again tomorrow after picking up more fuses. I did come accross this thread talking about a potential issue with the harness too so I'm just looking to see if others have ran into similar issues.

The other option is to open up the harness and check if the wires are running to the correct pin in the 6pin adapter.

Good practice to dialectic grease all connections before install?

I've seen people take it partially off, just enough to access the bolt. Be sure to wrap your lights and fender corner with painter's tape or similar. Heard it is really easy to accidentally scratch the headlight.

My harness arrived at my office's box, but it is closed for the weekend... So I have to wait till Monday to start on ripping things apart.

Yeah I did just partial enough to get to the bolt

What was the issue? I hear the same thing happen with the TRS harness from time to time.

Also love @xrunnerdude67 harness, being color coded, it is really hard to mess up the install.
    Makes it simple and easy.

Need to figure out how to hide all these wires though.
    Kind of cramp behind the headlamps.DSC_3637-01.jpg DSC_3643-01.jpg DSC_3642-01.jpg DSC_3639-01.jpg DSC_3645-01.jpg DSC_3665-01.jpg

Used a lot of shoptowels, was afraid to scratch anything. And the fenders had a lot of mud...

*Yes, I need to powerwash the driveway...

@Rainoffire the high and low beam wiring in the connectors were reversed for mine. Blew a few fuses before finding this thread talking about the problem. Shoutout to @ShirtTucker for helping me out with the wiring.
