    Correct, stock,
    The other beauty of methonal, is,
    I did 3 Dyno pulls back to back and the numbers were pretty much all the same.
    NO HEAT SOAKING,

    AFR numbers all nice and flat too,

    Methanol might be my next direction as 10-15* of timing back into the truck would really add some hp.

    What pulley are you running? At sea level with the URD 2.1 Im barely hitting 10psi. I just threw the meth injection in so we will see how it does with that, but thats impressive to say the least.

    When doing the dyno the supercharger Temps were
    90 degrees coming in and 130 leaving supercharger.
    Temperature was 75° ambient.

    When outside Temps drop to 35 degrees the supercharger really shines, pulls unbelievably hard and you get more power with exit supercharger Temps below 100 degrees.
    This is when I get higher boost 12.2 and 300 rear hp.
    Cold air is thicker and added humidity and cooler intake temps, better timing numbers.

    Temps were in the 30s last week.

    Depending on your setup a 2” pulley will get an added 1 pound or 1.5 at sea level, but you have to factor in your air filter, headers, cat, muffler, etc.

    The engine is just an air pump, the less restrictive path in and out creates more power.
    Some supercharger setup see no difference going to a 2” pulley and others do.

    Also depending on how tight the clearance we’re on it’s last rebuild.

    The rotors coated and the walls coated will make a tighter seal for more boost or
    if your coating is worn it can cause less boost

    To be fair, it was around 110-115* out at the time. Not great for intake temps.

    I can relate to intake temps. I've seen my post charger air temps as high as 260 degrees and pre charge temps 160 degrees.
    I have my tune no ping, pulling no timing, 5.5 lbs of boost in Phoenix. With methanol coming in at 3lbs of boost. With an auto transmission. I know every motor is different.

    Methanol is the next logical step. That should give plenty of power and cool charge temps. But I like to not think about how hot it must be without it. Technically not legal in California (like the aem) but I'll find a way. Methanol systems are expensive though. ;D

    I’m in the same boat.
    meth is cheaper than URD 7th injector, right? Which is also not smog compliment.
    It would have to be very well hidden or removed every 2 years.

    My hope was to *allegedly* put it into the 7th/egr port on the supercharger and pass it off as the TRD 7th as it is legal but I am not sure how easy it is to see the TRD 7th. Also maybe hide inside the stock valve cover breather line and split it at some point so it still breathes and the tech cant see the breather with the meth inside. Or remove only the line to the intake every smog session.Not saying that anybody should break the law or do any of this, just that it is something someone could try.

    Also: if you have the code for carb legality that ends in -4, you can legally have a 2.215" pulley on there as it is written to be allowed in the certification. As far as I'm aware, the carb is not updated to one of their newer cert's so if you have an older code, it will allow you to run the smaller pulley.

    I just remove the methonal lines, unplug the system and put the stock pulley back on, passes with no problems every two years.

    Can't run the methanol injection tip in a vacuum condition. It will draw fluid thru the line. It was to inject in front of the throttle body.

    look at solenoids. That’s exactly what they’re for. Lots of folks run direct injection setups on their manifolds.
