Save your gas driving here. I haven't found either. The one good Mexican meat market we had sold and the new owners don't know shit about making carne asada, tortillas or any other staple for a (somewhat/almost) border town.

I've never gone to an Asian market here, but I know where to go to find one. On Spring Mountain Rd just west of the strip is our Chinatown area. My neighbor is Philipino and if I can catch him tomorrow I'll ask him.
I don't know about homemade tortillas. In Prescott I bought a brand callled Alejandro's out of Tucson and they are the best store bought that I've found.

I love lumpia. I used to work with a Philipino lady and she would bring some to work on ocassion. I'd call them tacitos and she'd get pissed.

Also, there's a decent mexican meat market in Mohave Valley. I can't remember the name, but it's the only one.

Lots of little stands down there still. Most are really decent but some are pretty sketchy. I doubt many have any kind of license or health permit. I can tell.by their set ups. The bigger taco trucks might have some sort of permit. Bernardo's just moved from their old place to just down the street from me. I've had their food when they were on Foothills Blvd. Not often because they only took cash and they would only cook so much in a day and when they ran out that was it. The new place is on Fortuna and 34th Place. If you remember Donut Corral, it's just across 34th Place on the north side of the road.
