I have used this same sprayer for my basement, primed the walls and ceiling, painted trim and doors and painted my exterior of my house with it. very happy

I bought the smaller, hand-held Graco sprayer; it was good enough for cabinets, but I had to keep filling the container when doing the interior walls. If I had to do again I would purchase one of these larger units.

    Thanks @308savage

This was 20 minutes after I set the first one down. I have since placed 4 more around the yard.

The key to these traps is patience, may take 2 weeks, but don’t touch it, trust the process

I looked after your post and this seemed like the better deal. For the same price as a 2oz bottle this has 6 1oz traps. I mostly got them because I wanted a pet safe way to depense them.

You just push the container into the trap. It has spikes that pierce the top of the container and it holds it in place.

Another one. They are lining up like they are at an In-N-Out. They are coming from two directions and going strait into the hole.

Just finished up my driveway paver job. Neighbor decided to say that I chipped all his slate that he has on his side and wants to sue me now. I’m so scared(sarcasm). I have multiple pictures since I am a picture whore. He is also saying that the property line is 2’ towards me since he was such a nice guy to the last owners that he moved the fence over. He wants me to get a survey and all this junk so that I can prove that I didn’t cross over to his side. Cops are no help with these things.

tldr: neighbor is a dick and is jealous my house looks way better than his

Looks great, nice job. Yeah, guy next door buried an illegal drainage pipe year or two ago. I turned a blind eye as I’m not a stickler for that kinda detail. So now the vegetation grows like crazy where the pipe discharges & he won’t cut it down. Hard to deal with a Dick like that. I’d tell ‘em to bring it on. Idiot that he seems he is.

Get a surveyor out there and find out exactly where the line is. If he's wrong and you have more then you think make his life a living hell. Make him move anything that's on your property. If he's right just pull your paver line back to exactly where the property line is.

It's a coin toss as to where it is. It'll cost you a few hundy to find out but the rewards might very well be worth it

At my last house, I put a fence up 2 feet off of my property line because there were utility pedestals at the junction of our 4 yards. My backdoor neighbor decided to put a fence up, too, and just tied theirs in to mine. I didn't care enough to tell them that they had claimed 24" of my yard. Then I moved so I really didn't care.

Now I have no fences around me but none of the adjacent neighbors (I have 4) has any idea where their properties end even though they're clearly defined by storm drain inlets. Usually means they just end up mowing some of my yard for me.

Nope. No marking at all. It’s an older neighborhood(1930s) so there was not much work done to the sidewalks or streets to warrant them marking anything.

I called around a couple survey places including the guys that worked for me(I’m a GC) and they all want anywhere from 2k-8k to survey the place. Some California BS about obtaining deeds and blah blah blah. Since he is adamant about getting a survey he can pay it.

I have no problem with the fence or anything where it is, it’s just that he is being a total a-hole about a possible inch of pavers I filled in(1/4”-1” slices)next to his flagstone that I put in to keep weeds from growing. I don’t want to remove them because he didn’t ask nicely lol

Police told him not to touch anything without a survey letter and lawyer or else it’s vandalism luckily. The cops are all on my side which sucks for him.
