    I just looked at Traeger pellet grill prices. Holy shit :rofl: fuck that. I can get a Yoder for just as much.

    I cooked up some wings last night on the ole Pitt boss. Came out delicious. Cooked them at 450*F for ~25mins. Skin was super crispy. No pics cause I ain’t got time fo dat. Get in my belly.

    Steam them for 10-12 mins to render out some of the fat. Then uncovered in the fridge for an hour to remove any moisture.

    air frying is still best but the grill did a stellar job and got some smoke flavor on them.
