Absolutely, I’ll let you know. I’m going to make the trade tomorrow. I’d be curious to see the two side by side because iirc the 43x is a little smaller? I haven’t looked at the specs in awhile.

43x / 48 is the one glock Im pretty interested in too. Sig P365XL is very similar as well.

 

I dont remember if you were at the meetup last fall at my place. Only time I could think our paths would have crossed.

 

Well it wasn’t me for once that broke something. We tried removing the driveshaft and going front wheel drive, but it kept binding up. So we removed the third member, pulled the ring gear, put it back together, resealed the diff (thankfully Adam brought the gasket maker) and filled it up with fluid. No binding issues anymore but man that diff was fucked. Both the ring and pinion were chewed up, and he even managed to take a chunk out of the carrier.

 

Ouchie...glad it was trail salvageable!

 

Yeah no kidding. It pays to be prepared, that’s for sure. Would’ve been a different story otherwise.
